Are
you out of energy all the time? Do you find yourself irritable and angry? Do
you feel sad or depressed? Do you suffer from panic or anxiety? Do you sleep
until the afternoon? Do you find it difficult to fall asleep?
Stress is
a normal body response to dangerous situations which humans have developed over
our existence. In normal circumstances the fight or flight response; to stress
and anxiety, can be the life saver it was meant to be. Today stress has gotten
out of control, and our fast pace of life has not assisted; with creating a
stress free lifestyle.
Occasional stress is fine, it only will become a persistent problem when it is
introduced and stored on a daily basis, which can then lead to physical and
mental disturbances.
Hypnosis is a positive tool that can help you make positive changes...resulting
in a more balanced and happier life.
WARNING: Stress has been linked to most
health problems, including heart attacks and strokes. In fact, WebMD estimates
that 75% to 95% of all doctors visits are stress related. Being over-stressed
can also lead to low work performance, sleep issues, absent-mindedness,
decreased interest in life, addictions, and many other undesirable results. . Most physicians will tell you that 80 to 90%
of the patients that fill hospital beds are there because of stress. Most of
the clients that I see have problems that are associated with stress.
When we’re
stressed the electrical energy in the brain and in the nervous system speeds up
and that puts and strain on every organ, every system of the body. If that stress persists long enough
eventually the strain will do serious harm to the body. So the stress causes strain on the body and
the strain leads to physical or mental illness.
Stress can lead to worry, headaches, migraine, ulcers,
stroke, anxiety, obsessive and compulsive behaviour and many, many more
unwanted conditions which is why it is essential that we learn how to deal with
it effectively.
People do all sorts of things to help relieve themselves of stress. They smoke too much, drink too much, eat too
much. They take both legal and illegal
drugs. And all of these are ways that
cause even more strain on the system.
Whilst we are often unable to do anything about what we
perceive to be the cause of our stress, what we are able to do is to change our internal
response.
Where’s all
the stress coming from? I believe that
stress is brought on by the changes that happen in a person’s life. The more changes you’ve had; especially in
the last 24 months of your life, the more stressed you probably are.
We all know
that life is full of situations that can cause stress. You have probably
noticed that some people are able to easily manage these events, while others
are easily overwhelmed.
The
people who do well under stress are no different than you, except that they
have learned to manage their stress. Learning to manage your stress; with
hypnotherapy, is one of the most important things you can do in life.
People
who respond well to stress and know how to prevent unnecessary anxiety are
typically peak performers. Below are some results you can expect:

The
symptoms of stress go away. So they get
an increase in energy level. They start
to sleep better, you feel better. These
systems; that were caused by stress, dissipate.
Stress management is not just a case of relaxation, although
that can help. New techniques for coping with stress, different thinking styles
and approaches and self hypnosis skills, can all contribute towards a more
complete stress management 'toolkit'. In addition to deep relaxation, hypnotherapy
will help you manage stress more elegantly and effectively, and protect you
from its unpleasant effects.
Hypnosis is
a very natural way of dealing with stress and reducing the harmful effects of
stress. When a person is hypnotized
they’re in a profound state of relaxation.
They relax physically and mentally.
And that relaxation has a healing effect on the nervous system. When a person uses self hypnosis for stress
management, they become hardier. They
become tougher. They can deal with
stress and deal with change easier.
Our Stress Reduction Hypnosis
Program Helps Even The Most "Uptight" Person To Unwind,
Relax, Find Renewed Balance In His or Her Life and Overcome
Anxiety. It leads to
lasting changes from reduced stress including better memory, clearer thinking,
less anger, better personal relationships, and better coordination and reaction
times.
Relieving stress will help you with weight loss, stress eating, anger
management, smoking cessation, insomnia, impulse control, family and social
relations, and business and sports performance.
I often recommend it as an addition to; or even before, attending to these
specific problems.
Hypnosis can help you think healthier, happier, more positively and more
successfully and it can add the power of relaxation and stress management to
every minute of your life. Remember that
how you think is how you feel. How you
do is how you do in your life.
