Stress is a normal body response to dangerous situations which humans have developed over our existence. In normal circumstances the fight or flight response to stress and anxiety can be the life saver in which it was meant to be. Today stress has gotten out of control, and our fast pace of life has not assisted with creating a stress free lifestyle.
