We are all looking for the perfect diet.  We may even find one that works.  At least we lose a lot of weight at first.  But after a while our weight loss slows and then stops.  We may even gain weight while still eating only our strictly restricted diet.  Then we find ourselves dieting just to prevent  gaining weight.  It seems it doesn’t matter how little we eat, we can’t seem to stay ahead of the game. 

Skinny people don’t have to watch what they eat.  What’s the difference between them and you?

Very often our subconscious mind is forcing us to be fat.  It is trying to protect us from a perceived threat, so it makes us eat uncontrollably and it slows down our metabolism.  We can force ourselves to eat less but then our metabolism just slows down and we need fewer calories for everyday activities and we store more fat.  Exercising to try to speed up our metabolism feels really horrible.  Losing weight when our subconscious is fighting us every step of the way can be hard to impossible.

What we really need to do is change our internal programming.  If we can convince our subconscious mind that we need to be thin, losing weight will be easy and pleasant. Hypnotism can reprogram your subconscious mind to want you to be thin.

It may not show on the outside right away, but you’ll know immediately that something has changed on the inside.  Your relationship to food will change and your relationship to your body will change.  Your subconscious will no longer be undermining your efforts to lose weight.
